Flexi-clamp acts like an adjustable, reusable cable tie, only much better. Unlike metal hose clamps, Flexi-clamps worm drive is not fixed, but rotates freely within the collar. Keep a pack in your tool box in-case!

To fit the Flexi-clamp, simply place the tail of the band around the hose, insert the end through the collar and pull until the clamp surrounds the hose snugly, then insert the worm drive into the collar and tighten - it starts to pull the Flexi-clamp tight once it is fully home in the collar. A quarter inch socket can be used for this purpose however the Nylon Hex Tool provided is ideal to tighten the Flexi-clamp. Flexi-clamps have been tested for a wide range of uses from garden ties to air compressor hoses holding back over 100 P.S.I. They are used on vehicle radiator hoses and molding machines, in fact anywhere a pressure seal is required. Heat is no problem for the Flexi-clamp as Duponts’s Nylon 66 can withstand temperatures up to 150 degrees C. and is the chosen material by car parts manufactures for under bonnet use. Flexi-clamp will not rust or corrode and are non-conductive making them safer to use. Flexi-clamps are ideal for use with flat hoses because of their thin wall sections, a uniform surface pressure is required for a good seal.
